Refuel Neutral 

It Is a pure carbohydrate energy supplement that can be used before, during, and after competition to improve performance and accelerate recovery. Refuel Neutral has almost no taste, so it can be used in a variety of ways: use it as is for a change from flavoured energy drinks, or flavoured in any way you prefer, and as a carbo-loader, by adding to any food or drink.

Carbo-loading

Carbo-loading improves performance by increasing the carbohydrate stored in your muscles. Refuel can be added to any food to increase your carbohydrate intake without increasing the quantity of food eaten. To carbo-load, add 10-15 spoons (depending on size) of refuel to your food and drinks throughout the day.

During exercise

To ensure you meet all your energy needs, drink 300-500ml Refuel per hour of exercise, from the beginning of the exercise session. The amount you need depends mainly on your size and exercise intensity, so experiment to determine your requirement. Although500mml Refuel per hour will be sufficient energy; Refuel may be taken together with any other carbohydrate, such as fruit, energy gel and energy bars.

After exercise

Drink 500ml Refuel in the 30 minutes after exercise to accelerate recovery, as the carbohydrate is stored at the highest rate in the muscle in this period. This will enable you to perform better in your next round of competition or training.

Glucose polymer. No tartrazine, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. Do not keep mixed Refuel for more than one day.

Carbo-loading

Carbo-loading flavoured Refuel improves performance by increasing the carbohydrate stored in your muscles, which delays the onset of fatigue. For carbo-loading drink 750ml to 1 litre of flavoured Refuel per day in addition to your normal diet.
